In the present invention, disclosed are an improved gamma voltage supplying circuit capable of stably supplying a gamma voltage by corresponding to the variation of an external power source and a power management IC adopting the same. The present invention includes the gamma voltage supplying circuit which generates a regulation voltage using an internal voltage without the influence of a load variation in a source driver IC and generates the gamma voltage using the regulation voltage.
