<p>Abstract According to an aspect of the present disclosure, the successful storage and retrieval of the data is achieved with high reliability in terms of higher level of security of IDA with AONT-RS encoding. Along with this AONT-RS encoding it also ensured that this level of security is achieved with lower additional requirement of computational and storage costs, as shown in the data storage requirement, which is less than twice the size of the original data. This method with the apparatus used also ensures data storage is reliable in case of server unavailability and failure scenario. Also, demonstrated that the higher security on the data stored or dispersal is achieved without relying on encryption keys, which, otherwise need to be stored and retrieved explicit to the method and apparatus in use.</p> |
