The present invention relates to a system and a method for reducing visual fatigue by adaptive convergence training in a 3-dimensional display environment. More specifically, the system conducts the convergence training to minimize visual discomfort, generated when a person watches a 3-dimensional image, and also conducts an adaptive convergence training to an extent that does not discomfort the person to gradually increase a degree of convergence. Therefore, the system can effectively reduce visual fatigue, frequently generated in the 3-dimensional display environment. |
