PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member management system for enabling a shopping customer to shorten a time necessary for settlement in a retail store.SOLUTION: A member management system 1 includes: a registration storage section 41; a monitoring camera 14; a terminal 22; an accumulation section 42; a settlement section 43; a member determination section 44; and a determination section 45. The registration storage section stores the face data of the member of a store 10. The monitoring camera acquires an in-store image. The terminal acquires the merchandise code of merchandise. The accumulation section accumulates merchandise data related to the merchandise to which the merchandise code acquired by the terminal has been allocated. The settlement section performs the settlement processing of the merchandise on the basis of the merchandise data accumulated in the accumulation section. The member determination section determines whether or not a shopping customer in the store is a member on the basis of the face data of the member and the in-store image.
