An image processing system that prevents erroneous job execution without significantly decreasing the usability includes receiving a request relating to a job, accepting a job execution instruction, and executing the job in response to acceptance of the execution instruction. If a plurality of requests relating to jobs is received, information for confirmation of the job is provided. If a single request relating to a job is received, information for confirmation of the job is not provided.

a receiving unit configured to receive a request relating to a job; an accepting unit configured to accept an execution instruction of the job; an execution unit configured to execute the job in response to acceptance of the execution instruction; and a providing unit configured to provide information for confirmation of the job, wherein, if the receiving unit receives a plurality of requests relating to jobs, the providing unit provides the information, and if the receiving unit receives a single request relating to a job, the providing unit does not provide the information.
