The present invention relates to a method for generating operation instruction for settlement to process settlement of a fund. The method comprises the steps of: enabling a fiduciary agency server to receive operation instruction according to trading settlement from a depositary agency server; enabling the fiduciary agency server to receive the statement of the trading settlement from a payment agency server; and enabling the fiduciary agency server to generate operation instruction for payment to process fund settlement depending on whether the operation instruction received from the depositary agency server is matched with comparison target information recorded in the statement of the trading settlement received from the payment agency. |
