PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo press device being driven with a permanent magnet motor, and capable of performing the preventive operation where the operation of a press is not affected as much as possible so that permanent demagnetization does not occur in the magnet of a drive servomotor, or the operation dealing with occurrence of permanent demagnetization.SOLUTION: A servo press device being driven with a permanent magnet motor is provided with a diagnostic device for predicting the demagnetization factor of the permanent magnet of a servomotor based on the torque command of a control section, and then limiting at least one of the torque command and operation command supplied from the control section to the servomotor side, based on the demagnetization factor thus predicted. |
