An organic light emitting display according to the present invention includes: a display panel having pixels; a gate driving circuit which generates first threshold voltage sensing gate pulse and second threshold voltage sensing gate pulse to operate the pixels with a source follow method; a data driving circuit which supplies a threshold voltage sensing data voltage to the pixels in response to the first threshold voltage sensing gate pulse, and detects a source voltage of a driving thin film transistor (TFT) as a sensing voltage in response to the second threshold voltage sensing gate pulse; and a timing controller which modulates input digital video data for image display based on a change in the sensing voltage and generates digital compensation data. The sensing range for the threshold voltage sensing is divided into a first range and a second range. The gate voltage of a driving TFT included in the pixel is maintained with at least a high level in the first range, and is maintained with a lower reference level compared to the high level in the second level. |
