A waste water treatment equipment using a magnetic ion exchange resin of the present invention comprises: a purification chamber (100) where waste water is introduced and purified by a magnetic ion exchange resin; at least one resin regeneration chamber (200) where a polluted magnetic ion exchange resin is introduced from the purification chamber (100) and regenerated; a brine storage tank (300) for storing brine to regenerate the magnetic ion exchange resin in the resin regeneration chamber (200); and a purified water storage tank (400) to which water purified from the purification chamber (100) is supplied.
