<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head which inhibits thickening of a liquid in a nozzle while inhibiting contamination of a liquid applied object etc. and flying deflection of droplets, and to provide a liquid jet device.SOLUTION: A nozzle formation surface of a nozzle plate 19 includes: a first liquid repellent part 31 formed along an opening edge of a nozzle 23; a non-liquid repellent part 32 which is formed so as to enclose an opening of the nozzle sandwiching the first liquid repellent part between itself and the nozzle, the non-liquid repellent part 32 where the repellency is lower than the first liquid repellent part; and a second liquid repellent part 33 formed at an area located at the outer side relative to the non-liquid repellent part.</p> |
