<p>The invention relates to an assembly (5) for protecting a liner (2) of a pool (3) for storing and/or stockpiling radioactive waste stored in a storage rack, in which said liner (2) is made up of sheets of stainless steel which are welded together (10), composed of: a protective sheet (6) also made of stainless steel or another material having a high friction coefficient with the liner, in which the dimensions are such as to be capable of covering all or part of the surface of the liner (2) of said cooling pool (3); and skids (7) made of a material that has a low friction coefficient with the protective sheet. The protective sheet (6) is intended for being arranged on the liner (2) of the pool (3), and the skids (7) are intended for being attached under feet (8) which are part of the rack or directly under the rack in order to provide contact with the protective sheet (6).</p> |
