The present invention relates a material manufacturing method for an isotropic pitch production, which uses a primitive material with specific physical properties and a compound to perform a pre-processing step and filtering. The manufactured material for an isotropic pitch production according to the present invention can be used for an isotropic pitch production which has a high softening point and, as a result, a high strength and elastic carbon fiber can be manufactured.
