The present invention relates to a microchamber plate. More specifically, a microchamber hole is formed by using a liquidity film. Therefore, a sample can be more smoothly provided to the chamber plate by using vacuum and/or centrifugal force when the sample is injected. Moreover, air bubbles and residue of the sample included in the microchamber hole can be efficiently discharged. Accordingly, the microchamber plate enables a user to animalize the sample more accurately and efficiently. |
