<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat exchanger in which retention of condensed water on a fin surface can be suppressed.SOLUTION: The exhaust heat exchanger is provided which exchanges heat between a cooling medium and exhaust generated by combustion to cool the exhaust. The exhaust heat exchanger comprises exhaust tubes 21 inside which exhaust flow passages 21a for flowing exhaust is provided, and fins 22 arranged in the exhaust flow passages 21a and accelerating heat exchange between the exhaust and the cooling medium. The fin 22 has a wall part 42 which divides the exhaust flow passage 21a into a plurality of passages in a vertical direction of the gravity direction as viewed from an exhaust flow direction.
