The present invention relates to a time synchronization method between communications units including: a remote radio unit (RRU) which includes a GPS antenna and receives GPS signals from satellites through the GPS antenna; and a communications unit which is linked with the remote radio unit through optical lines and synchronizes time by receiving GPS signals from the optical lines.
