<p>Abstract An apparatus for storing and transporting conduit/pipe on a vehicle's roof racks. It consists of a hollow enclosure (1) that has an aluminium extrusion profile. The enclosure's base have T slots (5) extruded to accommodate mounting bolts. Two ends of the enclosure have two end plates (2) made of aluminium plate and milled to allow a lip to be inserted into the enclosure end. The end caps permanently attached to the enclosure via hinges (3). The end caps will be hinged shut and secured via a tensioning latch (4). -- -- -- --</p> |
