<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor and a motor that can preferably reduce mass unbalance in a circumference direction caused by a key and a key groove.SOLUTION: In a rotor 40, a rotor core 45 connected to a rotating shaft 41 with a key 44 and a key groove 450 is a laminated core in which a core plate 45b (a first core plate) having mass unbalance in a circumference direction and core plates 45a and 45c (second core plates) having mass unbalance in the circumference direction smaller than the unbalance of the first core plate 45b are laminated. In the core plate 45b is formed a first notch 450b to which the key is fitted, and in the core plates 45a and 45c are formed second notches 450a and 450c to which the key is fitted. Therefore, in a condition that the key 44 is fitted to the key groove 450, mass near a position where the key groove 450 is provided in the core plate 45b is smaller and mass near positions where the key groove 450 is provided in the core plates 45a and 45c is larger.</p> |
