<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve timing adjustment device capable of suppressing generation of hammering by a vane rotor and suppressing delay of control start of a rotation phase.SOLUTION: A vane rotor 30 has a first through hole 100 extended from a retard chamber 37 to a sliding face 86 of an accommodation hole 47. An outer pin 43 has a first connection passage 102 for connecting the first through hole 100 and an operation chamber 45 from a state that an inner pin 41 is inserted to a first recessed portion 27 in maximum to extracted from the first recessed portion. By connecting the operation chamber 45 to the retard chamber 37 through the first connection passage 102 and the first through hole 100 in a case when supply of a hydraulic oil to an operation chamber 45 is started before the hydraulic oil is not fully charged in the retard chamber 37, and the outer pin 43 may make the inner pin 41 be extracted from the first recessed portion 27, a pressure of the operation chamber 45 does not raise before the hydraulic oil is fully charged to an advance chamber 36 and the retard chamber 37, and the force for pressing the inner pin 41 by the outer pin 43 does not generate.</p> |
