<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling vehicle which an operator can easily operate by use of one steering handle in plural travel modes.SOLUTION: A forklift 1 includes: a drive wheel 21 or the like of which a steering angle can be changed; a steering handle 42 (hereinafter referred to as "handle 42") which can be rotated from a reference state; a control part for controlling a steering angle of the drive wheel 21 or the like on the basis of a rotation amount of the handle 42; and a mode changeover switch 43 for switching between a first travel mode in which the drive wheel 21 or the like is directed forwards when the handle 42 is in the reference state and a second travel mode in which the drive wheel 21 or the like is directed leftwards. When the handle 42 is in such a state that the handle 42 is rotated within an arbitrary rotation range and switching is performed from the first travel mode to the second travel mode, the control part so controls the steering angle of the drive wheel 21 or the like that when the handle 42 is returned to the reference state based on the rotation amount of the handle 42 at the time of changing into the second travel mode, the drive wheel 21 or the like is directed leftwards.</p> |
