Provided are a radiographic imaging device, a radiographic imaging method and a radiographic imaging program with which an accurate radiographic image can be obtained while reducing the burden on a subject. If a mutation site that is suspected as a legion is not detected, tomosynthesis imaging is carried out at low resolution with a small incidence angle range (106, 108), and two-dimensional imaging is either not carried out or carried out according to a selection of carrying out or not carrying out the imaging (110, 112). When a mutation site that is suspected as calcification is detected, only high resolution two-dimensional imaging is carried out (114, 116). When a mutation site that is suspected as a tumor is detected, only tomosynthesis imaging is carried out at high resolution with a large incidence angle range (118, 120). When a mutation site that is suspected as calcification and a mutation site that is suspected as a tumor are both detected, tomosynthesis imaging is carried out at high resolution with a large incidence angle range and two-dimensional imaging is carried out at high resolution (122, 124). |
