A seal movable inside the ventilation channel allows selective ventilation of the stored goods. A storage unit (1), preferably for bulk goods (6) and especially cattle fodder or fresh products such as eggs, potatoes or grain, has a ventilation channel (2) provided with air inlet openings (5) extending through it.
