<p>PURPOSE:To produce laminated sheets of the type mentioned in the ''Title'' and suffering less deterioration in resistance to heat in the wetted condition, by a process having continuous steps of preparing elongated base paper sheets impregnated in two stages with a specific paper-treating agent and with an unsaturated polyester resin, lapping, laminating, curing and the cutting the sheets. CONSTITUTION:For example, paper base sheets 1 which are unrolled from a supply device 2 and transferred continuously at the rate of 10cm to 5m per minute are dried and dehumidified by means of a dryer machine 5. Then a paper treatment agent of a main constituent of a compound containing methylol radical such as trimethylol melanine and the like is impregnated into the sheets through an impregnation apparatus 3 of a first impregnation process. After passing through a drying apparatus 4, the sheets are impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin by another impregnation 6 of a second impregnation process and are the laminate by a laminating machine 7. Then a separation film 8 and metal foil 9 are laminated on them through a laminating machine 13 and they are cured in a curing machine 12 peeling the separation film. The laminated sheet is pulled by a pulling mechanism 14 and then cut into a predetermined length by a cutter 15 to become products. USE:Laminated insulating board, printed circuit board.</p> |
