PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic drive vehicle which can prevent a traffic accident due to the use of a portable device during the driving of a driver beforehand.SOLUTION: An automatic drive vehicle includes a manual driving mode and an automatic driving mode, and is provided with start detection means, mode switching means, and completion detection means. The start detection means detects an event which gets to a trigger of utilization start of a function of a portable device by a driver during a travelling state in the manual driving mode. The mode switching means performs the switching to the automatic driving mode when the event which gets to a trigger of the utilization start is detected by the start detection means. Until the event of utilization completion of the function of the portable device by the driver is detected by the completion detecting means, the automatic driving mode is maintained. |
