A carrier body (41) of a planetary carrier (40) in a second planetary gear mechanism (35) includes a plurality of bridge parts (415) that are extended from a shaft support part (410) in the axial direction of a first and second pinion shaft (381, 382) and the planetary carrier (40), and are aligned in the peripheral direction and separated with spaces (G) therebetween. A pair of wall parts (415w) are formed on the inner peripheral surface of each bridge part (415) so as to respectively extend along the side edges of both sides of the bridge parts (415) in the axial direction. A plurality of oil holes (415h) are formed at intervals in each bridge part (415) and communicate the interior and exterior of each bridge part (415).
