A vertical takeoff and landing aircraft having: a propeller (2) having a fan (21) for generating lift and thrust; a motor (3) for supplying power to the propeller (2); a frame (4) for coupling the propeller (2) and the motor (3); a seat (5) coupled so as to be able to turn forward and backward in relation to the frame (4), and suspended from and supported by the frame (4); a control stick (6) coupled with the frame (4); and a grounding leg (7) connected to the seat (5). The propeller (2) is coupled to the frame (4) such that the drive axis of the fan (21) is vertical during landing. Operation of the control stick (6) moves the frame (4) relative to the seat (5), changing the orientation of the propeller (2). This simple configuration allows thrust to be controlled and safe takeoff and landing to be made even in narrow spaces where obstacles exist. |
