PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical three-way stopcock improved in chemical resistance to chemicals such as a disinfectant while retaining excellent performance inherent to polycarbonate resins such as transparency, impact resistance, heat resistance and thermal stability, where the three-way stopcock of the resin composition is extremely useful because generation of defects such as cracks is suppressed even if chemicals such as a disinfectant solution adhere thereto.SOLUTION: A medical three-way stopcock is obtained by molding a composition containing, based on 100 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin (A), 0.01 to 20 pts.wt. of an alkyl ketene dimer (B) represented by the specified general formula 1 and 0.01 to 2 pts.wt. of a full ester (C) of pentaerythritol and a C12-30 saturated or unsaturated fatty acid. |
