<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel composite multi-layered yarn capable of imparting a glossy feeling with a high-class feeling, wearing comfort, anti-pilling properties, water-absorbing and quick-drying properties, and contact cold sensitivity as well as an appropriate strength to a woven or knitted fabric by utilizing the merits of triacetate-based staple fibers.SOLUTION: The composite multi-layered yarn comprises a core part composed of a fiber bundle M comprising polyester-based staple fibers A having a single fiber fineness of 0.5-2.0 dtex and a sheath part composed of a mixed spun fiber bundle N comprising triacetate-based staple fibers B having a single fiber fineness of 0.5-3.0 dtex and cellulosic staple fibers C. The mass ratio (B/C) of the staple fibers B and C constituting the mixed spun fiber bundle N is within the range of 20/80-80/20, the mass ratio (M/N) of the fiber bundles M and N is within the range of 20/80-50/50, and the composite multi-layered yarn has an average strength of 100 CN or greater.</p> |
