<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying method of a sheet-like object capable of simultaneously drying a number of sheet-like objects and preventing the sheet-like objects from being creased, twisted or curved after drying, and a drying device suitable for implementing the method.SOLUTION: The drying method of the sheet-like object includes the steps of: (a) holding the sheet-like object, in rear and front side directions between a pair of planar bodies capable of covering the sheet-like object at least partially or entirely; and (b) supplying heat in a thickness direction of the planar bodies and the sheet-like object and generating a convection curent in a surface direction of the sheet-like object. According to the drying method, a number of sheet-like objects can be dried while using a relatively small-sized drying chamber, and energy saving drying can be implemented.</p> |
