The present utility model relates to a semi-finished product manufactured from a prepreg, a three-dimensional preformed body and an overmoulded part. Specifically, provision is made of a semi-finished product manufactured from a prepreg, which at least comprises a first prepreg layer and a second prepreg layer, characterized in that a magnetic material layer is laid between the first prepreg layer and the second prepreg layer. The semi-finished product thus manufactured is well supported and positioned by means of the attraction of a magnet on the mould to the magnetic material layer in the process of manufacturing the semi-finished product into the three-dimensional forming body and further into the overmoulded part since the magnetic material layer is added between the prepreg layers, so that accurate forming can be achieved.
