PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device having high definition and a high aperture ratio.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device comprises: transistors; an interlayer insulation film on the transistors; contact holes formed in the interlayer insulation films; electrodes electrically connected with the transistors; and insulator on the interlayer films and electrodes. The electrode includes a concave region which follows a shape of the contact hole. The insulator includes a flat region on the concave region. A luminescent layer of a first light-emitting element and a second luminescent layer are overlapped on the insulator.
