<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rotor that prevents burring caused by a resin material charged in a magnet insertion hole.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a rotor 20 that includes a rotor core 10 constituted by stacking a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates 10a, 10a, ..., in a plate thickness direction, and a plurality of magnets 13, 13, ..., the magnets 13, 13, ..., being held by the rotor core 10 by inserting the magnets 13, 13, ..., into a plurality of magnet insertion holes 11, 11, ..., formed in the rotor core 10 and charging a resin material 12 in the magnet insertion holes 11. An enlarged part as a region formed by enlarging the sectional area of a magnet insertion hole 11 is provided at both ends of the hole, and the resin material 12 is charged in the magnet insertion hole 11 provided with the enlarged part 11a.</p> |
