The present invention relates to a data driving integrated circuit which reduces power consumption by selectively changing a charge sharing mode according to a mode signal. A data driving integrated circuit according to the present invention may include: a digital processing part for successively sampling inputted digital data signals and outputting the sampled sampling data signals at the same time; an analog processing part which converts each of the sampling data signal outputted from the digital processing part to positive data voltage or negative data voltage according to a polarity control signal and outputs it through output channels; and a charge sharing part which electrically connects two adjacent output channels which performs a first charge sharing mode according to a first mode signal and outputs data voltage of different polarity or electrically connects two adjacent output channels which performs a second charge sharing mode according to a second mode signal different from the first mode signal and outputs data voltage of the same polarity.
