The present invention relates to an automatic one side planing machine for a disabled and, more specifically, relates to an automatic one side planing machine for the disabled to extend a replacement cycle of a planing blade with the use of a helical planing blade instead of a general linear planing blade; to apply a structure to easily remove foreign substances from the blade by adding a pneumatic nozzle to a dust collector; and to enable the disabled to easily carry out planing work using a front and rear roller auxiliary workbench and a table height adjustment device.
