A triplex mounting apparatus, a heating panel, a control apparatus, a method and a computer program product thereof are disclosed. According to the present invention, the triplex mounting apparatus to protect a barrier comprises: the triplex and heating panel to supply heat to the triplex, wherein the heating panel forms a heater line; includes a heat plate to supply heat radiated from the heater line and a heat homogenizing member arranged on the heat panel; and the heat unifying member dissipating heat radiated from the heater line to unify a temperature of the heat panel.
