PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an aluminum-made flanged container for hot pot which has a wrinkleless flange.SOLUTION: A surface as a container outer surface of aluminum foil (1) is coated with an epoxy-based or silicon-based baking type coating agent which has heat resistance of 200°C or higher, and a surface as a container inner surface is coated with an acrylic or polyester-based baking type coating agent which has heat resistance of 160°C or higher while wax suitable for use for food is added as a lubricant to the coating agents. The aluminum foil (1) has its center part (2) placed on an upper surface of a male mold (3) of a metal mold and its peripheral part (4) placed on a flat upper surface of a clamp lower member (5), and is sandwiched between clamp upper and lower members (5), (6), and the male mold (3) is elevated to move into a female mold (7) so as to form a flange (11) of a part sandwiched between a flat surface of the clamp upper member (5) and a flat surface of the clamp lower member (6) while molding a bottom wall (9) and a peripheral wall (10) of a container (8). |
