PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the signal noise ratio of a main signal.SOLUTION: A first difference detection part detects the difference between a first reset signal in a first period and a second reset signal in a second period after a predetermined period passes from the first period. A second difference detection part subtracts the difference detected by the first difference detection part from the main signal between the first reset signal and the second reset signal, and outputs the result.
