The present invention relates to a thermoplastic copolymer resin with good heat resistance and impact strength and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, a thermoplastic copolymer resin, which is manufactured by polymerizing multiple aromatic compounds whose structure has a main chain of hydrocarbon with an unsaturated double bond connected to four aromatic groups having at least two hydroxyl-aromatic groups with polycarbonate oligomer and accordingly has outstanding heat resistance and impact strength while having good physical property balances like transparency and liquidity, and a manufacturing method thereof and a molded article including the same.
