The present invention relates to a total heat exchange apparatus designed in the way to comprise a ventilation system, to improve ease of installation regardless of work space of installation site, pipe arrangement near the workspace, and piping space, and to be able to change an air supply flow passage and an exhaust flow passage in various types with ease at the installation. More specifically, the present invention comprises: an air supply blowing unit and an exhaust blowing unit to forcefully move indoor air and outdoor air among outdoors, a housing and the indoors; a heat element to make indoor air on an exhaust blowing route by the exhaust blowing unit and outdoor air on an air supply flow passage by the air supply blowing unit pass and exchange heat to each other; and an housing part to emit the indoor air and outdoor air and after sucking them and house the exhaust blowing unit, the air supply blowing unit, and the heating device. The housing part is characterized to have a variable flow passage structure that can selectively change the exhaust flow passage and the air supply flow passage. |
