<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface cutting apparatus which can prevent resin chips from being bitten into a gap between a cutting tool and a cutting surface. <P>SOLUTION: A face mill 10 moves at least one or more chips 20 on a cutting plane toward a predetermined feed direction while rotating in a predetermined rotation direction to cut a surface of a workpiece 50. The surface of the workpiece 50 is formed of copper 60 and a resin 70, and a tip 20 includes a deburring part 30. A length L of the deburring part 30 in a feed direction is formed so as to be longer than a feed amount S but shorter than a length of adding a size D of a resin chip 71 to the feed amount S where the feed amount S represents a movement amount in a feed direction of the tip 20 when the face mill 10 is rotated in the predetermined rotation direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
