<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a heat radiation or absorption material with a large area by using an alloy substrate obtained by eliminating the effect of macro recesses and protrusions (e.g., recesses and protrusions produced by polishing) on the upper most surface of an alloy base, forming a cavity having a precise dimensional accuracy useful as a wavelength selective heat radiation or heat absorption material, and decomposing the alloy base by spinodal decomposition after subjected to aging treatment in a two phase coexistent region. <P>SOLUTION: A first phase and a second phase are both removed by spinodal decomposition from the upper most surface of the alloy base in which the first phase and the second phase are regularly arrayed, and the cavity is formed by using the first phase and the second phase provided therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
