<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm food cover for retaining the moisture of a warm food without changing the structure of a food warmer. <P>SOLUTION: The warm food cover C includes a right and left side plates 1 and 1 and a back plate 3 for covering the right and left sides and the back side of a hot water tub T of the food warmer, respectively, and a ceiling plate 2 for covering a space over the hot water tub. The warm food cover is provided with: an air passage D1 in which a first partition wall 4 disposed in front of the back plate closes between a right and left side walls of and the lower end of the warm food cover, and the upper end is opened toward the ceiling plate; a steam passage D2 in which a second partition wall 6 disposed in front of the first partition wall closes between the right and left side walls of the warm food cover, and the upper and lower ends are opened toward the ceiling plate and the lower side of the warm food cover, and a projecting portion 7 for mounting a side end of a heat conductive lid P of the warmer is projectingly provided on the front side of the second partition wall and at a part separated upward of the lower end of the food warm cover. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
