An injection mold component for use in an injection mold 120, comprising: a cemented carbide substrate; a superhard material 270 bonded to the cemented carbide substrate and forming a wear-resistant surface; and wherein at least one of: the wear-resistant surface at least partially defines an internal diameter of an ejector sleeve; or the wear-resistant surface is disposed on one or more side surfaces of a slide body 240. Such injection mold components, assemblies, and systems may decrease wear of certain injection mold components, which may result in improved productivity of the injection mold and molding systems that utilize such components. |
