PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nonaqueous electrolyte of high safety, which is simple and inexpensive to manufacture, and proper in battery characteristics in a high-temperature condition, and to provide a lithium ion secondary battery proper in the battery characteristics in a high-temperature condition.SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte, of high safety and proper battery characteristics in a high-temperature condition, is manufactured by using ethylene carbonate as high-boiling-point and high-flash-point independent solvent at an equivalent of 2-15 to lithium bis (perfluoroalkylsulfonyl) imide. The lithium ion secondary battery is manufactured by using the same. |
