<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared shielding film being manufactured at low cost, capable of increasing the area of the film, and having excellent infrared reflectivity, high visible light transmittance, and good homogeneity of optical characteristics, and to provide an infrared shielding body using the infrared shielding film. <P>SOLUTION: The infrared shielding film includes on a base material at least one or more of units each having a low refractive index layer containing first metal oxide particles and a first binder, and a high refractive index layer provided at a position adjacent to the low refractive index layer, containing second metal oxide particles and a second binder and having a refractive index higher by 0.2 or more than that of the low refractive index layer. At least one of the low refractive index layer and the high refractive index layer contains a carboxy vinyl polymer having 20-75 mass% of a monomer component including a carboxylic acid to a total composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
