The female element (A) has a valve for controlling flow of fluid in a flow duct, and a hollow end-piece (80) partly defining the flow duct and supported relative to a seal carried by a male element (B) fitted into the female element. The end-piece is constituted by an inner sleeve (60) and by an outer sleeve (78) that are coaxial and mounted to move axially with respect to each other. Each of the sleeves is supported against the seal carried by the male element. A space defined between the sleeves is in fluid connection with a fluid discharge circuit (100). An independent claim is also included for a quick coupling comprising a male element.
