<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in the detection of a specific sound emitted from a predetermined position, by use of sound sensors arranged in two places. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: a holding part holding a portable electronic instrument; a first sound collecting part; a second sound collecting part; a storage part storing a first reference waveform and a second reference waveform, which are measured by the first sound collecting part and the second sound collecting part, respectively, when a specific sound is emitted while the portable electronic instrument is held, and an arrival time difference between the reference waveforms; and a waveform determination part configured such that if the maximum value of the coefficient of a first measured waveform relative to that of the first reference waveform is equal to or greater than a threshold, the specific sound is detected from the first measured waveform, if the maximum value of the coefficient of the second measured waveform relative to that of the second reference waveform is equal to or greater than the threshold, the specific sound is detected from the second measured waveform, and if the difference between the time difference between the detected specific sounds and the arrival time difference is equal to or smaller the threshold, the determination is made that the portable electronic instrument held by the holding part has emitted the specific sound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
