The present invention relates to a non-contact switch for controlling illumination and sensing an invader and outputting control signals by sensing a motion, comprising: an optical sensor including a plurality of light emitting elements that emit a light and a light receiving element to receive a reflected light; a controlling part to output control signals depending on selection mode composed of an illumination controlling mode and an invader sensing mode based on sensing values of the optical sensor, wherein the number of the light emitting elements operated varies depending on the selection mode. Additionally, an embodiment of the present invention has a technological feature to turn on and off an illumination, output an alarm, and transmit invader data to a user′s terminal in case of sensing a motion on the invader sensing mode. In addition, an embodiment of the present invention has a technological feature to turn on a plurality of illuminations connected to the switch alternatively when a movement is sensed on the invader sensing mode. Additionally, the present invention has a technological feature to emit a light from one light emitting element on the illumination control mode while turning on at least two light emitting element on the invader sensing mode, thus, having different sensing range depending on the mode. |
