The present invention relates to an apparatus of removing harmful wood insects, which are parasitic on live woods or cut woods, with application of electricity, wherein the apparatus comprises: a connection unit which has a plurality of insertion pins to be inserted into upper and lower portions of living woods or both ends of cut woods and includes an electrolyte body which supplies electrolyte when the insertion pins are inserted into woods; a power supply unit which is connected to the connection unit to apply power to the connection unit; a control unit which is connected to the power supply unit to control the same via control signals and is connected to a switch unit to receive input values to control the power supply unit; and a sensor unit which is installed at woods to sense the power applied to the woods to transmit information thereon to the control part.
