Disclosed are a flexible display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention includes a flexible substrate, display unit which is formed on the flexible substrate, and a thin film sealing layer which covers the display unit. At least one organic layer and at least one inorganic layer are stacked on the thin film sealing layer. Carbon with a concentration gradient is distributed on an interface between the organic layer and the inorganic layer. |
