The present invention provides a liquid crystal display having an improved open ratios, equipped with a conductive spacer. The present invention comprises: a first substrate; a thin-film transistor arranged on the first substrate; a second substrate facing the first substrate; a color filter arranged at one of the first substrate and the second substrate; a spacer arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate, supporting the first substrate and the second substrate; and a liquid crystal layer arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate.
